My wife and I very much enjoyed working with Sue. Sue is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very flexible in accommodating with all of our many, showing requests. When we finally found the home we wanted to buy she stayed just as diligent through the closing. Sue even attended our closing and gave us a house warming gift we are likely to always cherish ! Corey Lee was amazing and I'm so grateful he was on our team! His solid advice saved me thousands of dollars and his sense of humor and patience was invaluable during a process that dragged on longer than anticipated due to circumstances beyond our control. I can’t recommend Sue Roberts enough!! She did an outstanding job as our realtor. She truly listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to push houses on us that weren’t the right fit. I would text her at all times of the day with questions or requests to view houses and she would always respond right away. She made sure I covered all my bases when it came time for closing- and even advised me to double check wiring instructions from my bank as we had moved out of state and didn’t have a local bank- this was a huge lifesaver!! She went above and beyond my expectations and I’m so incredibly grateful for her expertise and service. We found our dream home and are so happy with our experience!

Trae was extremely helpful in assessing the appropriate listing price based on the market conditions around the Bangor, ME area. He was upfront and set appropriate expectations on what to expect based on my scenario. He went above and beyond with his communication skills and was able to paint a very detailed picture of what to expect throughout the entire process. Bill Wentworth was an extremely committed agent who worked with us for more than a year to find our ideal second home, a waterfront log cabin that is exactly what we wanted. The market was extremely challenging with nothing of interest staying on the market for more than a couple of days.
