My husband and I moved from Vermont back to Maine where my husband grew up and Paul made the experience exceptional. He was always there to answer any questions we had and was very quick to respond. He was very knowledgeable about the property and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had all the information that was needed. Kortnie was my agent when I purchased my home and I enjoyed working with her so much I went to her again when it was time to sell the home. I was no longer living in the area so I knew it was important to have someone I could trust helping me go through the process. Kortnie took care of everything. She was super responsive and very thorough. I never went more than 24 hours waiting for a response with most responses coming within the hour. Kortnie and her team are first class and I would highly recommend them. I wish they worked where I live now because I'd love to have them on my side as I look for my next house.

Working with Brian was great! This was my first home buying experience and I felt informed every step of the way. Brian was responsive and helpful and worked with me virtually in the beginning and then in person over the course of the summer. We had a little bit of a weird closing and Brian did a great job at helping to navigate it so that it felt as smooth as possible.

My partner and I have been acquiring rental properties over the last couple of years and Kortnie has been critical to our success. She has kept her ears out and as soon as something hits that fits our criteria she is on the phone.
