Ashlee was amazing. Process took longer than expected as the property needed lots of repairs before it could be listed. Ashlee helped me decide what needed to done and what didn't to get a quick sale and the most profit. Once listed, house was under contract in 7 days! I would recommend Ashlee to anyone selling or buying property!

Ashlee didn’t stop there, however! She helped us navigate the process of negotiating a fair price with the sellers, served as liaison between us and the sellers’ agent, our lender, and the title company, from our first offer, through inspection , and until close! Ashlee did a final tour before close and provided a video and peace of mind as we purchased our new home from afar! She has a wealth of knowledge about the area and provided resources that we needed to get our house set up for our arrival! I highly recommend Ashlee for your selling and purchasing needs!</p>

Ashlee was responsive and professional in coordinating and facilitating the purchase of our property. She was extremely generous with her time and went above and beyond in helping us coordinate with several local professionals to help us quickly and painlessly close on our acquisition. This was particularly helpful since we reside out of state. Having gone through the process both professionally and personally over 7 times, I can honestly say that we lucked out in finding her.
