I have both purchased and listed real estate with different realtors throughout the years and Ashlee went far above and beyond her duties and obligations to make sure we secured my most recent real estate transaction. First off, she worked tirelessly to find me either a house or piece of land to build on, giving advice and guidance throughout the whole process and answering every question I had. Secondly, the loan officer for the lender I was using was very unorganized and had it not been for Ashlee emailing back and forth with the them, constantly making sure she was doing her job, the sale would have fallen through.
