Gina Lindsay is a real estate rockstar!
During our first conversation, she asked us what we were looking for in our dream home.
She was immediately on it!
We made an offer on the perfect home in Winterport in short order.
The time between offer and close came with several hurdles.
She was in continued contact with us; keeping us up to date, checking to see if we needed anything from her, and giving us encouragement when we were feeling overwhelmed.

We put Gina in a tough spot. We lived in New England for over 35 years and had to move away. We decided we wanted to move back to New England to retire. We are out of state and were trying to set this up everything remotely. We were demanding, knew what we wanted and are a bit much. The original agent couldn't keep up with us and recommended Gina. On day one Gina had our backs. We are very organized and threw alot of demands at her. We had 30 properties we wanted to look at, and were flying up in 3 months. Each day properties would pop up and then disappear. Most agents would not send info on properties till we got closer to the travel date, but Gina was on the mark. She catered to our needs, even though she new the properties may be gone by the time we got up there. She even visited properties for us and sent us videos, talked to HOA presidents, agents , and code enforcement officers. We are not talking about a 10 mile radius. We looked from Bangor to Bar Harbor. When we eventually showed up she was willing to spend all week with us, but we decided to look on our own first. We looked at 35 properties over 3 days and were discouraged. We did call her up the night before the last day saying we didnt like anything and it was probably a waste of her time to show properties with us. She understood, but we did have a few that we kind of liked and really wanted to meet her so we scheduled a time to look on Saturday. She spent the day driving all over the place and we went to one property 3 times. We were not sold on it, and actually wanted a property that was next to the one on sale; unfortunately it was not for sale. That didn't stop Gina. She found a hidden 4 sale sign and called the number on it. She talked to the agent and the agent said it was going on the market next week. We left the following day, so we relied on her to take care of everything. We couldn't find a boundary post, but that didn't stop her. She bought a metal detector and went to work. We ended up putting a bid on the property and closed 30 days later. She is amazing. She is quiet, but spunky. Willing to give her opinion if you push her, but does not push you. Even though we said we probably wouldn't buy on this trip she still treated us as if we were the only ones that mattered. She didn't see us as a sale, but two concerned people looking for the perfect spot. We are thrilled she found us our dream property. We are sad that we don't have a need for another property (well, there is the lake house……) because she made the experience wonderful. We like to think she is our first friend in Maine and she will be the first person to be invited to our new dream house. You couldn't have a better real-estate agent or person to do business with. She got your back. People like her make Maine great.

Corey Lee was an excellent agent to work with. He kept us up to date with everything that was happening and either had an answer to our questions or got them quickly. We were pleased with his friendliness and we’ll definitely be referring him to anybody we know who’s looking to buy OR sell! Keep up the good work!

Kurtis and Carissa have the most local expertise and realistic approach of any agency, bar none. If you want to work with someone who will just tell you what you want to hear while your property sits unsold or your offers get declined, you have lots of options! If you want someone who has the experience needed to actually get real estate bought or sold, you can’t do any better than Realty of Maine with the Marsh’s. I have made multiple purchases with them and have been completely satisfied with each experience. Highly recommend!

Kept me informed every step of the selling process. Worked extra hard to locate different avenues to reach out to possible buyers. I can say this, it worked.

I live in CT, I had to find a relator in ME that could help me with selling our property remotely and work through e-mails and phone calls. Sue was fantastic to deal with, Sue aided us through the selling process and kept us informed of every offer and next steps throughout the process.We were very happy with her efforts and highly recommend Sue Roberts.
