Brian was a pleasure to have as a realtor. He had excellent availability and could usually get us in to see a property within one to two hours. We saw around 7 properties, and as time wore on, Brian remained as good-natured and gracious as he had been on day one. He took his time with every viewing, and acted like my $150,000 budget was every bit as important as one far higher. At that price point, we saw mostly rental houses that had often been somewhat neglected or had other quirky aspects. At no point did Brian try to pressure-sell me or glance over the defects. He points out what he thinks are the advantages of a property, and then we would honestly discuss how something could or could not be remedied. When I did close on my wonderful home, Brian offered a gift which included wine. When I told him how much I loved it, he even dropped off two more bottles! Very pleased.

I will recommend Gina Lindsay to anyone who wants to buy a home in Maine. I have contacted many realtors, even others in your company, and they did not want to work with me because I was not looking for a million dollar or even a hundred thousand dollar home. Gina knew what I was looking for from the beginning and want to help me find a home. She is a great person and if I am ever looking to move I will contact and use her again.

Stephanie True is an exceptional realtor!! She listens to what you are looking for and helps explore all opportunities of getting you there. She knows her market well and was always prompt in answering questions. It was easy to communicate with Stephanie. When it came time for closing she walked me through the whole process and told me what to expect and when. Stephanie is definitely an incredibly efficient and friendly / kind realtor.
