Sue is well acquainted with the Ellsworth area and was very helpful with all the inspections and all the requirements neccasary for a real estate purchase. She is friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely use her for future sales/purchases.

Five Stars is no way enough of a recommendation for these two people.They sold my house in the first week, very professional . They took care of everything for me as my husband is sick. This included even sweeping floors at my house and mowing the lawn. Their son was also part of my experience and he took care of cleaning out the house and getting rid of everything for me. I have told them I never could have made the move without them. I consider them friends for life now. I love them.

I have worked with Kortnie multiple times over the past 6 years and I would never use another realtor. This was the first time she represented me as a seller and the entire process could not have been easier. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Greater Bangor area market. She is very easy to communicate with and is efficient in all aspects of the closing process. She is an excellent negotiator and always pays attention to the small details that others would overlook. She is kind, but tough. I will definitely reach out to Kortnie again the next time I need a realtor.
