Evelyn was a godsend. Selling was emotional for me even though it was the best decision ever! She was gentle but kept it real. The buyer saw it on the first day it was listed and it all went smoothly from there on out. I couldn't have done it without Evelyn. She will be my go to realtor without hesitation! She's the best realtor, friend and now my neighbor! Looking to buy or sell... call Evelyn!!!

This apartment building was the fourth closing I have done with Corey in the past 2.5 years, and he has far exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Corey is attentive, intelligent, knowledgable, and a great advocate and support for his clients. He is always accessible and works way harder than he should, but that translates to an amazing, seamless and straightforward experience for clients every step of the way. Thank you again, Corey! You’re a rockstar!

We were referred to Corey through one of his previous clients when looking for our first home. Corey was very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He taught us a lot about the home buying process and referred us to another mortgage lender when he realized we were not getting a good deal. We ultimately felt like we had gained a friend, who had our back and truly wanted to help us find our dream home. We highly recommend using Corey as your realtor!

Knowledgeable and very responsive! Sue was a great help from finding a property all the way through closing. I was a remote Buyer, and she went above and beyond to assist in viewing, negotiating, and closing on the property.
