I received 19 offers on my home, it sold for $50K over listing. We had to put a hard stop on offers being submitted. All in all it was a 2 week process and I was out of state, 6 hours away, didn't have to be there for any part of it. We were so glad we found Sue online when we made our move from Oregon to Maine! We only had about a month and a half before we needed to find a house, close, and be moved in.
