We recently sold our home in Old Town, Maine using Sue Roberts of Realty of Maine as our agent. We had attempted to sell the property the previous year with another agency. The experience was not positive and had left us apprehensive about selling, specifically putting our trust in another agent. We had never sold a property before and along with our prior experience we were overwhelmed. Upon first meeting Sue much of our anxiety was put to rest. She was very patient and understanding of the circumstances. She answered every question we had to our complete satisfaction. She had done a great deal of research to assist us in determining a listing price. Throughout the entire process she was always available to us returning calls and keeping us thoroughly informed with each step of the process.
