Coleene both helped us sell a piece of land in Orland then helped us buy our first house in Union! From the day we first talked I’ve never felt someone care for what I was trying to accomplish or my best interest as much as her. She was patient and diligent from the first day to the last providing calm well thought out incite throughout the process which truly I don’t think I would have been able to get this far without. No matter how small the task she was always prepared to see property’s and complete time sensitive things. I never felt like I wasn’t able to reach her even on weekends. (I work weekends and nights) I definitely recommend coleene she will work hard for you no matter what you are trying to sell or buy. It’s truly amazing finding a realtor in Maine that cares about what they’re doing and the people. Thank you so much coleene you’ve been amazing! we will be recommending you to our friends in family and hopefully we will be purchasing additional property in the future through you!
