Coleene is a fantastic realtor. She is everything one wants in a realtor: smart, knowledgeable, responsive, a great negotiator, and a great communicator. She knows the market extremely well and was able to get my property sold quickly and for a good price. Coleene has complete knowledge of every last detail about real estate, and takes her fiduciary responsibility very seriously. She has always made herself available for performing showings of the property, and is very responsive via phone, email, and text. I cannot recommend Coleene highly enough. In fact, I specifically asked her, unprompted, if I could write her a recommendation. Coleene is truly excellent.

We feel so fortunate that we got to work with Coleene to sell our home. She was absolutely amazing. She consistently went above and beyond for us in so many ways. We had to move prior to selling our home and Coleene would check up on the house and make sure it looked great for potential showings. She made it easier to sleep at night knowing that she was there to take care of any issues that might arise. From day one on the market all the way to the end, her communication was superior. She always answers calls or texts quickly and never leaves you hanging in limbo. She is very knowledgeable and made the selling process easy for us to understand.
