Wendy Wiley is an outstanding asset to your team. She impressed us right away with her responsiveness and excellent communication, even during hours we did not expect a quick response back. Then she blew us away with her attention to detail, asking us things we'd not been asked before and taking such meticulous care with our listing. After being on the market for quite a while before relisting with Wendy, this time around it sold within days! Wendy went above and beyond with every aspect of the process, making it easy and understandable. She took the time to answer any questions that came up, including questions that lingered after receiving somewhat confusing answers from the title company. Oh, and might we add that this was all done during COVID-19 shutdowns, and we live on the opposite coast in California! If we lived in Maine our first choice in realtor would be Wendy again, hands down, thanks to her friendly, unparalleled service and expertise.

I was impressed by Wendy's willingness to share with me what she perceived as the negative, not just the positive, aspects of each property we've considered. The realtors that I've worked with in the past usually were only willing to talk about what was good about the property. Her willingness to be open and transparent is a big part of why we enjoy working with her.

Wendy was extremely responsive to my inquiries. In an era when people like bosses and colleagues often do not respond to correspondence for whatever reason (laziness, too busy, apathy, etc.), Wendy was a breath of fresh air in that she promptly and regularly answered my phone, e mail, and text questions, communicated the attributes of the property I eventually bought, and helped me walk through the steps whereby that could happen. I would have gotten wet feet at any one of the many steps to buy a house if my agent had 'checked out' of the process. In contrast, Wendy was a significant asset in helping give me a 'lay of the land' regarding comp prices and the condition of the house I bought. That put my mind at ease. Finally, Wendy was not pushy. Thank goodness! I would still be running away from any real estate purchase if an agent was.
