Wendy knows the market in the Belfast area. My first introduction she drove me to several communities within the certain radius I wanted. Wendy responded immediately to my emails - if she wasn't able to give me an immediately, she would indicate when she'd be able to get back to me. A true professional.

Wendy is an incredible real estate agent who gives her opinion but also listens to what y or are looking for. She’s kind, professional and has great expertise. We would absolutely use her again - but she found us our dream home and we have no plans of moving anytime soon.

We've really enjoyed working with Wendy. We like her as a person, and she earned our trust very quickly. She worked very hard to help us find the right property and in a way that was obviously focused on helping us find what worked for us rather than trying to push us into something that wouldn't have been a good fit. When it came time to sell our former home, which was an unusual one, and as such, difficult to come up with comparable properties for, she completed a very helpful market analysis, crafted a wonderful listing using the latest tools, and it ended up selling quickly for much more than we had anticipated.
