Lliam Perkins has joined the team at our Dover-Foxcroft office.
He was raised in the heart of central Maine, and is dedicated to the people and community of the state. Having shown that through years of service as an EMT and Volunteer Firefighter. Lliam is a dedicated individual who knows what it means to get through a stressful or complicated situation, and is eager to help you through the home buying or selling process.
Very easy to work with and personable. Asked questions to better understand my situation and what I was looking for. Offered insight on the properties and areas that I looked at. Walked me through the information / documentation I was provided. Had patience and did a little hand-holding when necessary as it had been 30+ years since my last home purchase and considering this was a long distance purchase.

Lliam was the best from day one way back on an initial ask for a camp on Sebec back in 2023. When a property came for sale next to some friends last year, he was great to work with through out the year and went to bat for us many times. My sister and I had an odd, wonderful old cordwood cabin that had not been lived in for 25 years. We live 2000 miles away.
