Lliam was the best from day one way back on an initial ask for a camp on Sebec back in 2023. When a property came for sale next to some friends last year, he was great to work with through out the year and went to bat for us many times. After a year going back and forth multiple offers, assistance with lenders, and just always being responsive I can't say enough great things-Thanks again

Gerry and I would have given him "ALL OF THESE MORE THAN A 10" if that was an option. He was ALWAYS helpful, very informative of what we needed to know, as well as VERY patient with any any all what questions we had. SOMETHING THAT "TRULY MATTERED" TO US WAS HOW TOTALLY UNDERSTANDING AND THOUGHTFUL ABOUT GERRY'S MEDICAL ISSUES THAT WERE HAPPENING DURING THAT TIME...HE IS SUCH A HUMBLE HUMAN BEING, GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR, "VERY" EASY AND ENJOYABLE TO WORK WITH. HE COMES WITH OUR FULL RECOMMENDATION!!!

Lliam recently represented my brother and I in the sale of our place in Abbot. With both of us living out of state and not having been up there in years, we had no idea what it was worth. Lliam did a wonderful job of marketing and we received several offers. Lliam walked us through the process and we closed 6 weeks to the day that it was listed. My sister and I had an odd, wonderful old cordwood cabin that had not been lived in for 25 years. We live 2000 miles away. We had no idea what is was worth, who might be interested, etc. Lliam's enthusiasm and marketing ideas for the place filled us with hope; his communication was outstanding. The pictures he posted drew a lot of interest....A LOT of interest...I had to open up an Instagram account to fully appreciate all of the hoopla. The pictures and description of the cabin were so good that a friend said he might want Lliam to work on his online dating profile. The cabin received several offers, and Lliam walked us through the selling process patiently and professionally. We were delighted. Highly recommended.
