Realty of Maine and Tanner Strout were absolutely fantastic to work with. Tanner was super responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable. He made the home buying experience seamless and as stress free as he could. I had fired 2 agents prior to working with Tanner and when we purchase real estate again, Tanner will get the call. Tanner listened to what my goals were and was extremely helpful with accommodating my schedule, seeing the potential pros and cons of each property to stay within my budget, and walking me through each step of the process. He kept me apprised of any updates quickly and had contact information available for everything from inspections to loans. If I, or anyone I know, am ever looking for another home, I would definitely choose him as the agent.

Tanner did an exceptional job taking care of everything right up to the closing. I didn’t have to do really anything. Sign a couple documents online and he took care of the rest. 10/10 highly recommend. Thank you!

Tanner was extremely professional, quick with his responses and very knowledgeable. If I were to ever buy a house again I will be using him. I’ve already recommended him to some of my family/friends.
