We purchased a piece of land with a cabin on the property so it was a non typical sale to begin with. The seller was a personal representative so each piece of the negotiation process took just that much longer, but Becca dug in like it was the most important property she has ever sold. Then a personnel problem at the bank caused us to have to start that part of the process over and she didn’t give up. She pushed for us to close in a reasonable time and that is exactly what happened. I am more than impressed with her dedication to a really small value sale and her work ethic.

Rebecca has been so amazing throughout the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, dependable and responsible. Rebecca had great communication with me, the lender and sellers. I will be recommending her to everyone I know that wants to purchase a home!
