We just had the opportunity to have Mr. Ellis as our guide on a Journey of finding "just right" in a narrow window of time and a housing market working against our resources. With his positive attitude and sage advice, we toured, looked and researched until we found the house with enough of what we wanted and all that we needed to match our resources, location and safety. Our home is now ours much to the guidance or Mr. Ellis. His patience as we crossed some personal challenges and property legal processes kept us on track. His insistence to be present for all steps in the process (including driving 2-hours directly to us after getting off a plane from vacation) and finding vendors to complete work in short order and reasonable prices made it happen.
