Overall I'm happy that I went with Matt Young (who I solely interacted with throughout my experience). Matt took the time to talk me through the process, answered my questions, or preemptively answered questions I might have. He was never hard to reach via text or phone, and was quick in getting the listing up, and handling the showings of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone wishing to sell their home in Parkman.

Matt and Ginny were both wonderful selling my home and then buying a new home. Matt always picked up my phone call no matter how many times I called with questions. Ginny went above and beyond with taking pictures of my home. We enjoyed them so much that our son is now working with them.

Matt Young is hardworking, dedicated, and honorable. Matt was a pleasure to work with. Given the distances involved, Matt kept showing the cabin year-round. He plowed the driveway and gave the cabin a cleaning. That's a strong work ethic and much appreciated. Thank you.
We were extremely satisfied with having Matt Young as our realtor for the home we just purchased. He was always quick to answer our questions, and followed up incessantly with everyone involved in the purchase. He made excellent recommendations along the way, including contractors, inspectors, etc. He was also candid about any concerns we had during the process. Matt was always polite, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of our purchasing process. We cannot recommend Matt Young highly enough.

Matt was better than the former Realty of Maine agent that I had. I had to ask questions of my agent where I was purchasing as the former agent was not responsive to questions at all. The reason I listed Matt's negotiation and marketing skills low was I really did not see them in action except for the end. Overall I was not very satisfied with Realty of Maine at all. It seems that all they were interested in was making a sale as soon as possible, regardless of what my circumstances were. It seems that Realty of Maine collaborated more with the buyer's agent, on their behalf, then with me.
