We have worked with Mary Knapp on several sales and purchases over the past 5 years. Mary knows EVERYONE which is handy if you need something fixed, a house inspected, and more. Mary is more than a realtor to us, she is a friend. Mary Knapp was absolutely outstanding in helping us navigate purchasing our home in Machiasport. We had been looking for a year or so, but were not ready to pull the trigger but a home caught our eye and through a personal referral we contacted Mary. Despite her crazy schedule, she jumped in and instantly got to know us, helped us navigate one of the fastest sales I think there was and helped us have our dream home on the coast. Mary was incredibly helpful throughout the process, made it very 'personal' (not a business transaction), cautioned us where appropriate and gave her honest opinions. She has excellent negotiation skills and her focus on us as home buyers helping alleviate our stress and anxiety in the process was greatly appreciated. Mary is truly a rare gem and we thank you for all you did to help us with this next adventure!

Mary is more than a realtor, she is a friend and a member of the family. Her genuine interest in you and your family's needs is evident. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone involved is taken care of. She has a knack of fitting people with the right house. Buying or selling, Mary is the person to go to.
