Evelyn helped me through the sale of my home in Bangor from listing through closing. There were a number of moving pieces along the way, including pricing decisions, negotiations, inspection items, and some last-minute closing details. She stayed engaged throughout the process, communicated regularly, and worked through issues as they came up. Most importantly, we ultimately got the property sold at a price and on terms that I was comfortable with. Selling a home can be stressful, particularly when you're balancing another move at the same time, and I appreciated having someone who kept the process moving and got us to the closing table. I was a first time home buyer, I did lots of research upon reaching out to agents, I did the classes, I had done my homework. When the time came to find the right agent, I had no idea how difficult it was going to be to get the right fit, or just how important that relationship was going to be. You need someone you can trust wholeheartedly that is going to put you in the right direction and advocate for you when needed. I had spoke with many different agents some who left me with more questions than answers . Just when I was ready to call it quits for now, I had a dear friend who was letting me vent about possibly putting this on hold, When she recommended this incredible woman to me . Evelyn was blunt, straightforward, and honest, it is one of the many things I respect about her. You’re more than just a paycheck, she goes above and beyond. In the beginning, middle and end.
