Coleene is a fantastic realtor. She is everything one wants in a realtor: smart, knowledgeable, responsive, a great negotiator, and a great communicator. She knows the market extremely well and was able to get my property sold quickly and for a good price. Coleene has complete knowledge of every last detail about real estate, and takes her fiduciary responsibility very seriously. She has always made herself available for performing showings of the property, and is very responsive via phone, email, and text. I cannot recommend Coleene highly enough. In fact, I specifically asked her, unprompted, if I could write her a recommendation. Coleene is truly excellent.

Sue was fabulous. Sue went above and beyond with helping my brother sell his home.
