Theresa is hands down the best realtor I could have worked with. She is very responsive and made the whole process SO much easier. She was there to answer all the question's, did all the research. She was ontop of having any showings we needed all set up, along with making sure to have any and all the information we needed taken care of. She made sure we were comfortable with the whole experience and that we were happy with how it all went. After the closing, she even called after to make sure I was over all happy with the purchase. I really could have not asked for a better Realtor/Agent to help me through the whole process. She really cares about her clients and going the extra mile to show it. If I could give her 100 stars and a raise, I would. Thank you so much for everything!

I had to sell my cousin’s house 2,000 miles away. Kurtis’ professionalism allowed me to do that remotely. He arranged for cleaning, getting rid of furniture, and engaging people to do repairs. I hardly had to do anything. Got fair value on the sale.
