Hello, I do believe that the realty business won the lottery when Dave stepped into that world. The skill set he presented in selling my home was phenomenal. First, he thoroughly prepared me for what to expect when my home went on the market, from clearing the house properly to taking professional photos. Secondly, Dave was more than adept at alleviating my anxiety when the time came to show the house to prospective buyers, I.e. knowledgeable as well as clearly well informed in the field of realty. Most importantly, throughout the selling process he was compassionate and kind. Thirdly, Dave was diligent in being "there" for me during the stages of inspection and appraisal which for me would have been extremely anxiety provoking had he no been present. In closing, Dave B. has earned a badge of excellence in helping me to navigate this very difficult chapter in my life. Thank you Dave!!!!

Hailey was so wonderful to work with!! While buying my first home, she was so helpful with every step! Not having bought a home before, there was a lot of things I was unsure of, and she never failed to get the answers I needed to me in a timely fashion! She was always willing to work around her schedule to get me into a showing at a house as soon as possible or any other time we would need to meet up! I always felt like I could reach out to her with anything I needed with no questions asked. I will always recommend Hailey because of her knowledge and her caring attitude to help her client with whatever they need! I appreciate her never giving up on finding me the home I truly wanted! It was truly an honor to get to work with her!
