Michael Farmer was one of the best if not the best real estate brokers that Kathy and i have had the pleasure to do business with, and we’ve had our share of dealings with real estate professionals. When we bought this property, it had been on the market for two years and the price had dropped repeatedly. When we connected with John Bettis, he sold it within three weeks and at almost twice what we paid for it. At a very long distance, he helped us get the property cleaned up and ready for sale, he got our personal items out, and procured the most amazing drone photography of our little island. We could not be happier.
