Travis was the first real estate agent I ever worked with. Being inexperienced, I was nervous about the process and what would be expected of me. (I did have my brother as a co-executor, which was very helpful). Travis was always available whenever we called with questions and listened to our concerns, walking us through the 'ifs, ands and buts'. I had heard many good things about his reputation, and he came highly recommended by people 'in the know'. I now am someone who highly recommends him to others looking for a real estate agent.

He was so honest and not pushy. So helpful . I needed to sell my home. He had to be involved with my personal situation. Selling my home going through a divorce and selling it before the divorce was settled. He did it with ease and so professionally. I would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I have used Travis Coffin on four different occasions to buy and sell homes. Numerous other times we have bothered him to go and see a house that fell through. Every time we have been amazed by his professionalism and promptness. From the beginning search to the final closing, he has always been on time and did what he said he was going to. Great! Five star! Travis kept us updated on the property purchase process and documentations. All legal steps went well even with an unforeseen issue that arose during closing. We didn’t need to call him since he kept is update through the purchase steps to closing.

I have worked with Travis multiple times. He does outstanding work and had the same attention to detail on a fairly small transaction as he did on a large transaction. I would recommend him to anyone and would not use another broker.
