Stephanie was very diligent in her search for the property we were looking for. She always kept us promptly informed regarding what was on the market. We really appreciated the frequent listings she sent to us. Her diligence and persistence paid off for us. After sending us a listing the first day it was on the market, with her assistance, a walk through was scheduled, and she assisted us with making an offer which resulted in our purchasing the property. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We've been searching for the past two years, contacting numerous realtors. Not one of them worked for us the way Stephanie did. I'd been looking for a property for over two years and had actually looked at two properties with other brokers who unfortunately never followed through...Stephanie True was wonderful. She asked for me to describe exactly what I was looking for, the geographic area, lot size, budget etc. She followed through with a list of potential properties, some of which stretched my criteria...but the fact I knew she was looking and working for me made ALL the difference. I could eliminate some properties and I elected to look at several, a couple she recognized upon viewing did not meet my needs, but she stuck with me and always positive that something would come up. She notified me of a property just on the market and sent me the listing and suggested we view it immediately. We did, she hit the mark...we made an offer right away. Guiding us through the whole process- from offer, to contingencies, soils tests, build inspections, title search and so on...patient, thorough very professional right through the closing. Can't thank her enough!!!

Torrey always has been highly responsive and always looks out for our best interest. He’s not just looking to sell your property, or sell you a home he spends a lot of time going over scenarios and options to make sure that everything makes sense and is going to be the right fit. I personally have dealt with Torrey on 3 transactions now and have been happy every time.

I’ve had two occasions in the last dozen years or so in which I needed a realtor. Peter went, in my opinion, above and beyond normal expectations to make my selling and buying process as simple and painless as possible. Grace was absolutely phenomenal. She was responsive and an excellent communicator through our home buying process. From the start she was transparent with the market and was our biggest advocate! There is just something about Grace that makes you trust her because you know she truly cares about you. Buying a home can be scary, especially if it’s your first like us! Grace was there for us even through late night texts with our worries and endless questions about “what’s next” and “what ifs”.
