Tanner is amazing as a real estate agent. I have used him three times this year and would highly recommend him. He answered any questions I had right away and begotiated well to get us the best possible deal. He goes above and beyond in every aspect and was not afraid to roll his sleeves up and help out wherever possible to meet deadlines. He is very friendly and down to earth which makes working with him so easy. Tanner is very knowledgeable but if there is something he isnt sure about he will get the answer swiftly to help you make the best informed decision. I cannot stress enough how easy he is to work with and would highly recommend Tanner as a real estate agent!

Sue was by far our favorite realtor, out of the dozen or so we met while looking for a home across four states. She was on top of everything, speedy, professional, and a joy to work with. Sue made everything easy for us and went above and beyond what she needed to do. We enjoyed working with her so much that we are planning now to purchase another property through her. Sue is no doubt one of the best realtors in the Northeast.

Our place was a residence with three cabins. It sold in record time at a price we were fine with. In fact it sold at a time of the year we didn't think anyone would buy it! I thank Reality of Maine for the miracle they performed in getting a surveyor to come out the same day they called! I highly recommend them if you want to sale your place!! Don't wait. We were their sixth closing that week!
