Georgie worked with me all year and really helped me view places to see things I loved and did want in a home. I was only 25 and buying solo, determined to have water front property. She made sure once I found my home finally we did everything to be able to get it. It was quite the process for everyone involved and she made sure it all went over smoothly. Even got me a house warming gift! I’ve still be able to reach out to her and she’s helped/ answered all my questions even after her job was done.

We are so grateful for Marshall and Carissa's help with buying a home in Maine! We started the process while we were still living out of state, which was stressful. Carissa planned out a weekend of house hunting for us when we were able to fly up and even did virtual walk throughs with us over Zoom afterwards when we weren't able to find what we were looking for that weekend. Ultimately, the house we initially made an offer on didn't work out. Carissa and Marshall were so patient and helped us continue to look once we arrived in Maine until we found the right home for us! They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and always responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns. I'd wholeheartedly recommend the Morneault team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Maine! If anyone reading this is looking for a realtor Sue sold my 2 unit in 3 days full asking. Day 1 we got an offer below asking. I wanted to counter and was stressed the house wasn’t priced correctly because I’m a typical home owner that knows everything. Sue in a savvy and polite way told me to stay in the truck and asked me why I was looking at this as a negative. She explained we’ve had one viewing and one offer this is a good thing. I could not be happier with her representation. Great knowledge of the Bangor area housing market and a wonderful feel for the deal. In my opinion Bridge went above and beyond the responsibilities of an agent for selling my property. He took time to get to know me and my connection with the property. He listened to my stories and was supportive throughout the selling of the property in Fairfield. Bridge was recommended to me by my daughter who recently was a buyer of a property he was an agent.
