My husband and I first met Travis Coffin about 5 years ago when he showed us a house property in the town of Surry, Maine. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable so when it came time to sell our land on Green Lake we thought of him. In a difficult market, Travis was able to sell our property even when the bank appraisal came in a little low. He was responsive and followed through with the buyer's bank, rebutting all the reasons why the appraisal should have been higher and in the end it required some compromise on both parts.
