Charlie and Jim got the job done -- got our house sold in 7 months (short time for Greenville, Maine) at a good price for us. I am old, old-fashioned, and not skilled with technology so I would have appreciated more personal contact and not having to sign things using DocUSign (or whatever that is called). However, I realize that Jim and Charlie are not local to Greenville, are very busy doing a lot of production, and that younger buyers and sellers may be more comfortable with technology. Jim and Charlie did a fine job at the closing with a buyer who was volatile and less-skilled realtors might have lost the sale at the closing.
