I was most impressed with the service that I received from Jennifer Herbold of the Manon de Carlo team. Jennifer worked with me this winter to help me decide what would be best to do at my house to get it ready to sell and consulted on my progress on a regular basis. She helped me to price my house to sell fast but at an appropriate price as I had already purchased a new home. The Manon team did a great job posting pictures of my listing on the web and marketing it for me. Jennifer brought a team of realtors through my house the first week, the team sent out a postcard of my listing to residences in the area, and the team published my listing in a local real estate magazine all within one week of listing.
