I was impressed with Dick Butler from the very start of selling some lots in a small subdivision. After not even hearing back from a couple other agents, someone gave me Dicks contact info. Within a day or two he had done his due diligence and we signed paperwork and the lots were listed. Within 2 months he sold half of the lots. He does a great job advertising and is good with people.

We ended up with Ashley by chance and it ended up working out perfectly for us. She was very attentive and responded to messages or calls quickly and got us answers we needed quickly. This was our first time buying a house and the process was so smooth and a big part of it going so well is due to Ashley being so great.
