Although the primary contact person was me as executor of the estate, he also always took into the account that other family members were involved in the decision making as far as the sale of the home. He certainly demonstrated knowledge as to how to overcome obstacles and complete a sale. His reputation is well earned. We contacted Susan because she had great reviews on Zillow, and we were not disappointed! We were not really looking to buy a house, but the perfect one became available and we knew it would go fast. We contacted Susan to see if she would be able to represent us. She was so quick at getting back to us and explaining everything we needed to do - good thing too because from the time we saw the house on the market until the time we made an offer was less than a week! She handled everything so well from the viewing of the home, submitting the initial offer, submitting a counter offer when another bid came in, helping us find financing options for an extended closing timeperiod, negotiating after the home inspection, concerns about the loan process, and the actual transaction. I was pregnant at the time so it really helped to have someone who was so on top of things in our corner. I highly recommend Susan as a buyer's agent, and if we ever sell this house, we will ask her to be our seller's agent as well.
