We definitely had a positive experience with Thelma on this third transaction with her. Thelma is personable, professional, tactful, sensitive and diplomatic. She was always responsive to our questions and/or input and went out of her way to do whatever had to be done to sell our home. She was very observant to repairs or changes to the home that we could not see that would help sell it. She coordinated an open house for our home even though open houses are not a common occurrence in that area. We especially liked her help in pricing. I was most impressed with the service that I received from Jennifer Herbold of the Manon de Carlo team. Jennifer worked with me this winter to help me decide what would be best to do at my house to get it ready to sell and consulted on my progress on a regular basis. She helped me to price my house to sell fast but at an appropriate price as I had already purchased a new home. The Manon team did a great job posting pictures of my listing on the web and marketing it for me. Jennifer brought a team of realtors through my house the first week, the team sent out a postcard of my listing to residences in the area, and the team published my listing in a local real estate magazine all within one week of listing.
