In an era when people like bosses and colleagues often do not respond to correspondence for whatever reason (laziness, too busy, apathy, etc.), Wendy was a breath of fresh air in that she promptly and regularly answered my phone, e mail, and text questions, communicated the attributes of the property I eventually bought, and helped me walk through the steps whereby that could happen. I would have gotten wet feet at any one of the many steps to buy a house if my agent had 'checked out' of the process. In contrast, Wendy was a significant asset in helping give me a 'lay of the land' regarding comp prices and the condition of the house I bought. That put my mind at ease.
