Brian was incredible to work with. I came to the area very uncertain as to which community I wanted to live in and the availability of homes in different areas. Brian has deep knowledge of the area and it’s resources. He really listened to what was important to me and was able to share details about different areas to help me narrow the search. Brian was exceptionally patient, professional and supportive as we navigated a very competitive market for buyers. He was extremely responsive and efficient in all aspects of the processes; scheduling showings, writing offers, providing answers to questions, etc. Despite the competitiveness of the market, Brian was always upbeat and positive. He never let me lose hope He kept telling me- ‘ don’t worry, we will find the perfect house’, and we did! I love my new home. It is absolutely perfect. Brian stood by our sides for over a year of searching for our first home. He took time on weekends and whenever we could in order to view homes. He helped us put in multiple offers. Brian went above and beyond for our whole process. We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! Would 10/10 work with him in future for our next home!

Brian was a pleasure to have as a realtor. He had excellent availability and could usually get us in to see a property within one to two hours. We saw around 7 properties, and as time wore on, Brian remained as good-natured and gracious as he had been on day one. He took his time with every viewing, and acted like my $150,000 budget was every bit as important as one far higher. At that price point, we saw mostly rental houses that had often been somewhat neglected or had other quirky aspects. At no point did Brian try to pressure-sell me or glance over the defects. He points out what he thinks are the advantages of a property, and then we would honestly discuss how something could or could not be remedied. When I did close on my wonderful home, Brian offered a gift which included wine. When I told him how much I loved it, he even dropped off two more bottles! Very pleased.

Very friendly and easy to work with, Brian provided my wife and I a great experience purchasing a home in Maine. Working with Brian was great! This was my first home buying experience and I felt informed every step of the way. Brian was responsive and helpful and worked with me virtually in the beginning and then in person over the course of the summer. We had a little bit of a weird closing and Brian did a great job at helping to navigate it so that it felt as smooth as possible.

If I could rate higher on responsiveness I would. Brian was amazing throughout the whole experience. He was never pushy and let us decide what was right for us with helpful Guidance of course. He always kept us up To date on any new information as soon as he received it! I rave about him and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house in the future!
