Evelyn Conrad is an excellent agent. Since there was not much negotiating I have no real comment under that question. I will say that sound advice on how to present the offer with the best chance of securing a deal. During the course she proved to be very resourceful when the need for various expertise was necessary. Regardless of the nature of any concerns she had a solution and a go to person or company to solve the problem. Purchasing a home in moving across the country is very taxing and stressful endeavor. She was always available to answer questions understanding the stresses of moving providing assurances to alleviate some of those stresses. I would highly recommend her in the capacity of either selling or listing agent. My experience was on the listing side, but given my interactions with her, paid confident she would be justice competent on the selling side.

Evelyn was absolutely amazing. I gave her specifics on what I was looking for in a limited location with a limited budget and she made it happen in less than a year. I went through 3 real estate agents before finding her and only she was able to find me my forever home! I seriously cannot thank her enough or recommend her enough. She was PERFECT!! When I go to sell my house in the future I’ll be contacting her! Without a doubt and anyone who’s looking for an agent I’ll be referring them to her! Her sense of humor and down to earth personality made this other wise stressful process a lot of fun!
