5 stars well deserved for Travis Coffin who did a remarkable job in the photo presentation including drone aerial views. He was realistic in pricing for the market. As a result we had good offers from the first week of listing. Travis was highly recommended to us and our experience proved him every bit as experienced as suggested.

My husband and our sold our double camp on a lake outside of Ellsworth this past summer (2024). Travis was our agent and was great to work with. He was with us each step of the way: telling us what would be helpful in fixing for showing, working with us on finding good times to show, helping us most importantly with all the paperwork that goes with sails. We enjoyed working with Travis, felt comfortable with the process, and felt someone was there for us throughout.
