To put this simply: Michaela was fantastic to work with. She is super pleasant, Very accommodating, knowledgeable, very responsive, took the initiative to make sure everything was done. Asked questions to help us adjust our search parameters and she made her own recommendations on homes we should tour or not tour after she got to know us. Her preparation and research during the home finding process was excellent. She had maps, schedules, times, write-ups and recommendations for every house we toured. After the agreement was done, Michaela was still working and checking in to make sure we met all our milestones to close on time. We were remote so she helped us line up the typical inspections, final walk through and utilities. Very positive experience. A+ for Michaela!

Evelyn made selling my house a smooth and stress-free experience. She was always available to answer my questions and made sure I was kept informed throughout the entire process. When unexpected issues arose with the title company on the day of closing, Evelyn went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved and that we were still able to close on the correct day. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend her!

Ashlee Grindle sold a cottage for us and she kept us in the loop at all times. Even picked us up and took us to the closing as we are both 91 years of age and not allowed to drive anymore. She will be selling more of our property for us in the future.

John is a fantastic realtor, I could not recommend him more highly. Beyond his knowledge and competence in his trade, he is kind, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond. For example, he was more than happy to help find local professionals to work on our new property after the closing date. He knows the area well as a resident, and is willing to work hard to find the perfect home for his clients. I'd recommend him to my own family if they are looking to move to Maine.

Travis made the experience of selling my home so easy. This was my second time using him as my realtor. Evelyn was incredible! It was difficult to navigate a sale of my father’s house in Maine when I live in Florida. I am so thankful that she is the one that was able to get this job done for me.
