I knew before I even listed my house that I wanted Tara Roy as my Realtor. I had seen her online presence, her media postings, and the quality appearance of the homes she was listing. Prior to selling, Tara came to my home and spent well over an hour talking to me about the entire process, as well as giving me a to-do list to prioritize what actually should be done prior to listing. I put my trust in her as far as listing price, negotiations, among other areas - and I am glad I did! My home was under contract within a few days and sold for more than asking.
