I wanted to take a few moments to share my experience with realtor Tricia Largay. As you know, the market here in Bangor has been rather hot this past year and properties have been moving quickly. I have been looking for a home for almost a full year now, and Tricia has shown me everything under the sun that I wanted to look at with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Tricia has been unbelievably responsive to phone calls and emails, and often communicates on the weekends and well into the evening hours. I really do not know when she sleeps! Tricia has made me feel like a VIP every time I have called on her, and makes me feel like I’m her only client. She has such a nurturing way about her as well. I placed two offers this year on homes that I had fallen in love with, only to be out bid by another buyer.
