Thank goodness for real estate agents like Sue Roberts. Putting my house on the market was for me a monumental task. I had reached the point in life that all of us dread, namely, facing the age factor and needing to downsize, which meant selling my beautiful home. But it was easier just to kick the can down the road and make every excuse to procrastinate the very overwhelming process of listing and selling, as I said to myself, next year. Next year I will do it. Finally one day I felt really brave and spent time researching, reading through real estate websites and customer satisfaction testimonials. Sue arrived at my house at the agreed upon date and time and I learned from that point on that Sue is a key communicator, one full of knowledge, one that is very respectful, one that is very professional and one that is a good listener. Sue came prepared with lots of visuals and she took lots of time explaining every step of the way if I would decide on listing with her. After inviting other agents and going over my same set of questions, I definitely was sold on Sue as the agent to list my house. Sue either called me or visited me several times, always with pertinent information during the next couple of weeks to communicate next steps of her strategic plan, all which worked beautifully at every point along the way. Lots of online and in person interest from prospective buyers was generated and I could not have been happier with the entire process. Sue was the perfect sellers agent for me, did what she said she would do and all of it with my full understanding and agreement. I felt very comfortable and confident throughout the entire process and Sue was always there when I needed her. Thank you Sue!
