I was lucky enough to work with Mike Ellis. He was very professional and knowledgeable not only of the area and houses but of the heating systems, types of rock and other strange questions I asked. Georgie sold our house in Maine for us. She took wonderful pictures of it and posted them. She worked closely with local folks who had worked on the house and kept us informed, since we were not there. She put us in touch with a good real estate law firm that handled all the paperwork remotely. We’ve known her for many years as a friend and so we trusted her completely, and our trust was well placed.

My wife and I give Georgie Kendall, of Realty of Maine, " 5," Stars, rating for her help as our realtor with the sale of the property, 15 Indian RD. Eastport Maine, Washington County. She had many ideas and direction on up-grading and staging the property for the curb appeal. She had several showings, and likes however, it was the photography and drone aerial pictures with visual tour that sold the property as the buyers were buying remotely from Pennsylvania. The buyer's realtor and Georgie presented the offer to us that was better than we expected. We accepted the offer. Then the realtors worked on the due diligence and closed the sale in September, 2022. The pay check at closing was a lot more then what we bought the property for in 2016, going by comparable properties in the area as Georgie suggested when we listed the property.
