We just had the opportunity to have Mr. Ellis as our guide on a Journey of finding "just right" in a narrow window of time and a housing market working against our resources. With his positive attitude and sage advice, we toured, looked and researched until we found the house with enough of what we wanted and all that we needed to match our resources, location and safety. Our home is now ours much to the guidance or Mr. Ellis. His patience as we crossed some personal challenges and property legal processes kept us on track. His insistence to be present for all steps in the process (including driving 2-hours directly to us after getting off a plane from vacation) and finding vendors to complete work in short order and reasonable prices made it happen. To you sir, thank you! You helped make our journey successful!

We were so lucky to have Yedi on our team during this process! We are first time homeowners and he made things so simple and easy for us to understand. He was quick to respond to any and all of our questions any time of the day. He really made us feel like a priority and not a job. My inlaws loved him so much that they chose to have him sell their house! He went above and beyond for our family and we couldn't have had a better experience. He even got my daughter a stuffed unicorn (which she is still carrying everywhere to this day) and got us a cutting board as a house warming gift. This is just one of the many small details that made this experience as personal and painless as it could possibly be. Buying our first home was definitely an overwhelming prospect but I never felt that I was in over my head with his support.10/10 recommend. :)
