My wife and I started looking in the Florida keys in 2013 with no real idea of when or where we would purchase a home. In 2014, we decided to search for a realtor to help answer some of our questions. We tried to call a few realtors and Sue was perceived by us as the best choice based on first impressions. She showed us undivided attention and focused on our needs. Sue has an extensive knowledge of the keys real estate. She answered all of our questions and explained in detail. She was very thorough and taught us many things we did not expect from processes to possible fees that come with owning a home in the keys.We were very comfortable with Sue and would recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Sue helped me sell a condo in Summer Seas which was part of my Dad's estate. She worked (very) patiently with us for over a year as it took a while to clear up the title and be able to sell it. She also helped to explain the real estate market and this property in particular as I was unfamiliar with the Keys and selling a condo as well. It needed some work and she helped guide us on what was worth updating and what was not. The end result? We sold it quickly (after we had clearance from probate court) and for a higher price than our family had hoped. The bottom line: You'd be foolish not to have Sue help you if you have a property in her region to sell.

Kortnie was a great and knowledgeable realtor throughout our buying process. We were able to bounce questions off of her and that helped to narrow down the list of possible homes and acceptable locations. We loved working with her and would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for homes in this area. She took all of the stressful aspects of buying a home away by explaining everything in detail and she always stayed on top of the paperwork to ensure that we were on track to close on time. I worked with Kortnie Hudgens during my first time home buying experience. I will start off by saying that her willingness and patience to find me a home was outstanding. I must have looked at 50+ homes. Every question and concwrn I had was answered and explained to the best of her knowledge. I ended up buying a short sale home, although this was not Kortnies expertise and there were some hitches with the time length (pretty typical with short sales) Kortnie and her team at Home Reality really made it happen with minimal effort on my end. The whole process took time but it landed me the home I wanted. I highly recommend Her or her team to help you with your home buying experience.

The only reason I gave 5 stars is because there aren't 10! Kortnie was amazing! She always made us feel like we were the only clients she had. Working late nights, early mornings, and even Sunday's to make sure we were taken care of. There's not enough good things I can say about the quality of service we received from Kortnie and her team! If you're going to buy or sell a house, do yourself a favor, and contact Kortnie!

Sue was a godsend! While living in Kansas City, MO, we decided to move to the Keys. We couldn't have chosen a better realtor. She was great at recommending solid lendors and inspectors. Because we were not able to look a properties all the time while living in Missouri, Sue would gladly act on our behalf and give us an honest opinion if the property met OUR circumstances. She was extremely organized, timely and represented US to the max! Sue was always there for us and conducted herself and her business by the book. Her integrity and hard work ethic is a great find in The Keys. She was present during the inspections and was able to answer my real estate questions specific to the Florida Keys, which can be difficult to navigate.
