We have worked with Kortnie twice now in the last year and we are excited to work with her again soon. She is extremely knowledgeable of the larger real estate market in our area, as well as the entire process of closing a deal. She is a tough negotiator and is always looking out for the best interests of her clients. She is fair and very honest. She is quick to respond to questions and to schedule showings, even at the last minute. We just closed on what will hopefully be the first of many investment properties. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of investment properties- both from the real estate side and from the management side- was invaluable. Sue is dedicated and knowledgeable in her work. We have called on Sue for 5 different transactions during the past 6 years for our sales and purchase in the Florida Keys. Each time she has proven to be 100% reliable, efficient and is absolutely someone you can count on to do as much of the work as you want her to. Susan was absolutely amazing to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, proactive, and insightful. We had no doubt that she had our best interests in mind when trying to find a our new home. Kortnie was very easy to work with and guided us along the way as we decided to place our home of 40 years up for sale. It was an emotional journey for us but Kortnie made the transition much easier for us. She told us step by step what was going to happen and advised us promptly if there were changes. She worked diligently to make sure that the house was posted on every possible site and had numerous open houses.

Deb showed me a lot of homes and never hurried me to buy like some agents would. We looked for 3 months and she was fine with that. I would certainly refer Deb to anyone.

Xiaorong has sold two properties for me and she went way above and beyond what I expected. The second property was extremely hard to sell, but her diligent efforts for months and months paid off. She was extremely gracious at all times and did an exceptional job. I would not think of working with any other real estate agent. In fact, I have a third property to sell and will definitely be calling Xiaorong to list that one too. August 2016
