Deb helped us find our dream lake house, and guided us through the entire real estate process. Although we live in Florida, she stayed in contact with us as our trusted representative. She is experienced in the outdoors skills, and understands camp properties and financing. Deb works very hard to keep the contract negotiating process moving along on schedule. She knows local resources to get required home inspection and maintenance tasks accomplished. If we should ever need to sell this lake property in the future, we most certainly will have Deb be our listing agent.

Tim McClary gave us a lot of information as first time buyers in Maine. He was very helpful in giving advice and suggstions in the places we looked at. I flew up to Maine to look at some of the homes we were looking at through the real estate website to give both Tim and myself a baseline for what real estate properties I wanted. We have a daughter attending school at Husson University and were looking primarily for housing for her that was close to school and affordable. Tim was very professional and with our needs in mind, used his expertise in helping us find a place for her. We communicated almost daily even during the weekends when needed, given the 5-6 hours difference between Maine and Hawaii. He also assisted us in following up with the paper work and some negotiation with the bank officials and sellers.

Deb Henderson helped us sell a lot of land on Junior Lake in Lakeville, Maine this fall. She put in a great deal of time and effort on our part. We could not have asked for more.
