We had Kortnie represent us for the sale of our home (that she helped us buy 11 years ago) and for the purchase of our new home. We are truly glad we brought Kortnie back for these transactions. Sheldon was awesome to deal with from the very beginning. I contacted him through his website and within 10 minutes he was calling me to discuss what I was needing. He kept in constant contact at all hours and kept me up to date with everything. This is the first house I have owned and sold and he didn't make me feel like an idiot for not understanding all the lingo. He is down to earth and very easy to talk to. He's very smart about all things realty and home ownership and construction. He's a normal person not stuck up or anything, I work in healthcare and he has what we would say "great bedside manner". I would recommend him to anyone. Can't say enough good things about Sheldon.
